A little about Philo's Computer Services
My name is Jeremy Philo. I have quite a bit of experience with computers.
I served in the Marine Corps for 4 years where I was a Computer Systems Specialist.
I went to Iraq in February of 2004 for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
There was 10 of us who set up, configured, and maintained all aspects of our network.
We supported approximately 300 users on our network.
I made and ran network cables, set up and maintained email servers, configured the Cisco networking devices, eliminated viruses, spyware, and all other malicious attacks on our network, kept the computers up to date with virus definitions and security patches, did maintenance on the workstations, and identified and solved all kinds of computer-related issues while I was in a war environment.
I am out of the Marine Corps now and have been working at AppleOne Employment Agency, in the MIS department.
We support over three hundred offices nationwide and a few in Canada as well.
I work with a lot of the same things as I did in the military such as the networking aspect along with the end user software and hardware issues.
I keep on learning as I become even more proficient with computers.
I have a lot of experience dealing with all kinds of computer issues and I know how frustrating it can be when you can't complete a task on your computer or your computer is running ridiculously slow.
I can help your computer run like before. I can get rid of annoying pop-ups caused by viruses and spyware.
I can recover files that you accidentally deleted. If you need help with an upgrade I want to help you with that.
What ever the computer issue is no matter how big or small I am ready to resolve it.
I want you to know that I am dedicated to providing good customer service and excellent computer support.
I work during the day and will be able to provide computer support anytime after 6 at night and all weekend.
You will find a more personal level when dealing with Philo's Computer Services.
